Improving Operations Performance module

G​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​eneration of a project plan with supporting literature to reflect how the improvement methodology would be applied to an organisation 2500 words or equivalent effort – to test learning outcome 2&3 (attached as 'assignment brief'). Chosen organisation is Royal Mail, Cw1 presentation will be attached as it needs to be referred to for the imrovements stated within etc. I have also attached feedback from a previous attempt on this coursework given by a lecturer, you view the feedback annotations at the bottom of the docum​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ent. Also if you can use this feedback and start a fresh/new report and project rather than edit the current document. Also for additional support, attached will be the 'assignment brief' and 'module handbook', if you can follow through the brief thoroughly and read the notes within for support. P.S the project/plan need's to be created using MS Project. The draft and final project plan will need to contain a minimum of 80 tasks also.
