Compose an initial post where you describe and evaluate a leadership style.
Relate this leadership style back to the MBT scenario and reflect on the implications of leadership style as it impacts the scenario. Analyze both positive and negative traits and their relationship to team composition.
In responding to your teammates, relate the identified leadership styles to personality types and examine the effectiveness to the identified leadership styles within the MBT scenario.
Through your responses, identify and discuss traits of both effective and ineffective leaders as evidenced in the case scenario. This discussion will provide the basis for the leadership and personality training presentation slides included in your final project presentation.
PART 2:
For this activity, you will analyze a provided scenario that outlines the business requirements and needs for a new database. As part of the process, you will use a color-coding technique to identify the various entities and related attributes required to process the scenario.
