Implementation and Performance Measures

For this part of the project, you will develop performance measures to understand impacts of the project improvement initiative. Write an essay (500–750 words) addressing the following:

1. Discuss the business impact of implementing the project improvement initiative.
2. Discuss the value of implementing the project improvement initiative.
3. Discuss the reasons the project improvement initiative may or may not be meeting organizational objectives.
4. Discuss the mitigation plan that will be implemented if the organizational objectives are not met.
