IEC Singapore - Financial Statement Y2018

Thank you, the personnel of brothers and sisters, in Christ helping to organize the IEC Singapore AGM on 28 September 2019. However, the AGM was schedule to start at 1.00PM and ended at about 1.11PM. I came in late at about 1.07PM and only able to view the last slide of power point presentation by Pastor Andry. In this AGM presentation, leaving no opportunities for audience to ask any question but was been told to write email to [email protected] if they have any question to ask.

1. IEC Singapore - Financial Statement Y2018
   Referring to the IEC Singapore Annual General Meeting held on 28 July 2019 for the reporting of financial statement of Y2018, the Deaken of IEC Singapore Mr. Alifin agreed that I am able to view the financial statement Y2018 by making an appointment with the IEC Singapore. I would like to make the appointment now to view the details of financial statement Y2018 on either 11 August 2019, 18 August 2019 or 25 August 2019 at 1.00PM after church service. Kindly advise me on the date of your availability.
2. No Receipts Issue to Members/ Publics who did the Monies/ Cash Contribution to the IEC Singapore
   We have noticed that, for many years, there is no receipt issue from IEC Singapore when we contribute the monies or cash for mission trips and other offering in church activities. We still remember during the pastor Isabella in charge of IEC Singapore when we are having church service at the old DBS auditorium at shenton way, we have receive the receipts when we did the contribution to the church and we are happy to know that the monies contribution is safely went into the church account. But now, we would like to know the reason why IEC Singapore stop issuing receipt to members/ public who did the monies contribution to the church and how well it can be ensured that the monies/ cash is safely bank in to church account and not forgetting that this is the monies/ cash donation from the members/ publics. In IEC Singapore, who is the highest authority to approve the procedure of not issuing receipt to members/ public who have the monies or cash contribution to the church. We are expecting your answer for not issuing receipts for this matter and elaborate your standard of procedure of handling the members/ public donation and we are awaiting your kind explanation.
