HRM Fundamentals

This assessment is based on a case study in which you are an HR Officer employed by STAR Industries. You are required to provide written answers (totalling approximately 2000 words) addressing the eight questions asked in the assessment. Your answers can be in short answer form and do not need to be in report format.
This should be a document written using MSWord and must be set out and presented in a professional,
business-like manner. You also should include a bibliography (Harvard style) and reference any material
referred to.
As well as your course notes, a good reference for this assignment is “HRM Fundamentals” by Rod Jones and Sandra Martain 3rd Edition 2013 published by HRVET.
