A hotel was being rebranded and decided to celebrate its new name by creating a Hollywood themed
Event for their current and prospective customers. The Hooray for Sheraton theme was adopted, and several
Hollywood theme areas were created, including The Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind. At the end of the
event, an actor portraying a Hollywood movie director introduced the local television and fi lm critic, who
awarded the hotel a five star award for best performance. Following this award, 500 silver and gold Mylar stars
dropped from above the dance floor and the orchestra performed “Hello for Sheraton.”
