Discuss a real new business development" initiative in hospitality that utilizes one of these strategies: internal development, acquisition, licensing, intemal venture, joint venture, alliance, contract R&D, minority venture capital investment, or educational acquisition. In your paper, you should describe the background, identify the stakeholders, outline the project details, and comment on the internal and external reactions to this new business development initiative. If it is a success, please identify the key success factors. On the other hand, if the project is a failure, please briefly explain the challenges. 2. Digital Innovation Management
