Horse Safety

Address the following as they relate to safety around horses:

The significance to knowing the visibility lanes and the fight or flight zones of horses.
Footwear, as in closed toed shoes, boots, sandals.
Opening gates for horses, and otherwise leading them around an enclosed area. What is the correct position of the horse and when do you remove and release them from their halter?
Other considerations regarding safety around horses, especially any you’ve learned personally.
