For the new writer:
Working in the file "to_revise", please address the following:
1) Please, address the feedback from the Customer:
- Structure diagram for the dissertation
- Where is table 10?
- What is the technology for example (Gasification) that is available and design strategies or models to achieve NZEB?
- the economic parameters (the financial analysis: capital costs, net savings and the payback period and Net Present Value), life cycle and energy cost.
- the cooling and heating loads of the building (your design)
2) This dissertation has quite a limited word count. It is impossible to achieve all set objectives and answer all research questions within such a word limit. Please, consider reformulating the objectives and research questions - they all must be covered within the paper. For now, they mostly fill in the space in this paper.
3) You have introduced 2 hypotheses, but they were not tested or proved.
4) Literature review chapter can be significantly reduced. This is basically the only chapter in the entire dissertation that contains introduction and conclusion to the chapter. Either provide introduction and conclusion to each chapter or remove them.
5) Methodology requires a thorough elaboration:
i. This chapter contains too many small sections that do not contribute much to the development of the topic. For instance, section on Protocols and registration seems to be included just to cite one source, which was never used elsewhere. This section is not needed.
ii. You have chosen systematic literature review as your method of data collection. And again, the abundance of subsections was introduced. All those information should be revised and condensed to leave only the most significant parts that will really justify the choice of methodology. The recommended structure is as follows:
- Start with a brief introduction of the research method chosen. Define it and its purpose. State why it suits this study the most.
- Clearly state inclusion and exclusion criteria. The best way to do so is by means of a table. This will help you to see exactly and explain clearly what studies are applicable for your research and which are not.
- Name key words particularly.
- Google is not preferable search engine for systematic literature review. You need to conduct the research properly using the relevant, reliable databases.
- You need to introduce the limited number of the most appropriate studies. 10, 15, or 20. Those studies will be the core of your results chapter. This chapter should be further based only on those selected sources. Your search findings should be presented in a form of table (matrix) where the main findings of each source will be summarized. This matrix table can be included in Appendix.
- You also need to identify the possible research limitations.
iii. In the section "Data Collection Process", you mention that a systematic literature review will be used "for the collection of qualitative and quantitative data". Please, decide precisely what data you are going to collect.
iv. Section "Elimination of Risk of Bias" contradicts itself.
v. Gabi software was only mentioned. Life cycle assessment by Gabi software was never conducted.
6) Results should be based entirely on the specifically chosen sources. Since this was not done, this chapter appears to be incorrect.
7) Discussion should demonstrate how your findings answer the research questions set. You cannot introduce any new source in this chapter.
8) In Recommendations and Conclusion, no new information can be introduced. This goes to the new sources too.

The new writer should continue working in file 437935_work_here:
- GIS-based map is supposed to be generated by the researcher using GIS mapping software, not taken from outside source as it is now. Moreover, GIS is mentioned in Methodology, but does not seem to be used in the paper.
- GaBi-based model added and presented inputs and outputs do not correspond to each other; moreover, presented pictures do not look like they were done in GaBi - it should be done. In addition, all software that is to be used for analysis must be indicated in Methodology.
- Heating and cooling loads were added, but there only two sentences which can be applicable to the description of the design. Explanation of design must be expanded.
- Economic parameters cannot only comprise 70 words, currently, there is no explanation on how they were calculated, so most likely, they, calculations were never done, thus this section is inaccurate and should be redone.
