Define what a healthy diet pattern is and how the four Dietary Guidelines for Americans (2020-2025) and the USDA MyPlate tool helps us to achieve a healthy diet pattern.

Create a menu plan (for one day that includes 3 meals) that meets the criteria for a healthy diet pattern which
includes key recommendations from the Dietary Guidelines for Americans (2020-2025) and MyPlate. You must meet the guidelines for MyPlate at EACH MEAL.
Discuss why you chose the meals you did and how your meals exemplify a healthy diet pattern, the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and meet MyPlate requirements. BE SPECIFIC.
You can create a completely new meal plan or make adjustments/build on Jane's current meal plan.
