The topic for the paper must be related to some aspect of HIT and its impact on the effective and efficient delivery of healthcare services.

Your boss knows you are a student at college majoring in health administration. He has asked you to research a HIT topic and prepare a Briefing Paper to be shared with senior management.
Suggested format:
A. Define the technology. What is it? What, perhaps, is its history? (brand new, update to some older technology, a view of the future).
B. Research the positive and negative aspects of the technology? Failures. Successes. Why it is good and why it might be a challenge? C. Pretend….What is your recommendation to your boss?
