I was impressed by her openness and willingness to share her culture with me. I realized that I had been making assumptions about her based on my own cultural background. I apologized for my hesitation, and I told her that I was interested in learning more about her culture. We had a great conversation, and I learned a lot about Islam and Muslim culture.
