This group case study activity is an assessment of your knowledge that was gained from the class
of: Entrepreneurship & Innovation mindset MAGT 201.
You have started up a business and unfortunately, you are not making enough sales to cover your
expenses therefore, you are making lose every month due to high rental, employees’ salaries,
government fees …etc.
Therefore, you decided to form a team to work together to overcome this issue. Explain how you
will start as a team to understanding the problem, thinking, learning who are your customers,
testing your product and getting feedback to modify any defect or to improve it. You need to
discuss all of the aforementioned and write it down in this report in order to have a clear
understanding of the situation.
In a group discuss this matter and show how your team investigate the scenario and solve this
issue. Start with an introduction paragraph, body of the report, and conclude the report with a
conclusion paragraph mentioning the decision that help or did not help to fix the problem.
