As an arts manager, you need to understand the planning that goes into fundraising and development. Even if you are not in the development department, it will be a necessary part of your job. This project is designed to make you contemplate the strategies an organization would use to reach different audiences for different parts of a comprehensive fundraising plan. The bad news is that your development director just quit and your board is expecting to hear your fundraising plans at their next meeting.
