When I first read this question I wanted to ensure what a global strategic plan was, and I found that a global strategic plan is a process of evaluating the internal and external environment by multinational organizations and make decisions about how they will achieve their long term and short term goals. (simply
strategic planning, N/A) From what I have read and the research I have done almost everything states that there is no way to control the external factors. The external factors consist of competitors, customers, and the economy. (Quain, 2018) Knowing what the external factor are important to your plan and although they may not be controlled you can research your competitors, see what they have to offer and what they bring to the
table. Research the economy, know what that economy has that your business can offer. The internal factors are leadership, employees, and mission statement. (Quain, 2018) The 3 that have the most impact from my perspective is leadership being number one. A great leader will do just that and lead. They will inspire and want everyone to succeed. Competitors would be the next considerations. We need to know what is already out there and who else may come in the picture after your business is there. The last consideration would-be employees. You want employees that know your vision and will help you to follow that mission through.
