1. Most school counselors will be working with student from diverse population. Based on the reading, but in your own words, talk about what culturally responsive counseling means to you. How would you work with students with a variety of different backgrounds, ages, races and sexes, even if you do not come from them? what will you do to stay continually focused on diversity and differentiation in counseling?
2. What are some examples of data/data systems that are used to support students as they prepare for college readiness? why are these data systems important? show some examples.

3.Think about your own experience as high school student when you received college counseling. Think about standards for ethical counseling. Apply at least three of those standards to your own experience. What will you do differently when you become a counselor?
