Unit three centered on the work of Michel Foucault and the history of punishment. For the unit 3 analysis assignment I am asking you to utilize Foucault's theoretical framework to analyze a specific episode of Black Mirror (found on *dire). The episode I have selected is titled. Men Against Fire". it is from Season sithiSSIe1. Remember. the entire purpose of the assignment is to test your ability to apply theory. Thus, what I will be looking at most closely is how well you use a Foucauldian perspective to analyze the events in the show.
