Final paper

The paper must have the following sections: Introduction (What is the topic that you are going to talk about) Development What are some of the philosophical problems related to Justice (as seen in the course) Why are they philosophical problems?/what is the problem?/What are the assumptions behind the problems? What are your thoughts about this (problems and or assumptions)/ do you agree or not, are they clear, confused, ambitious… Justify your thoughts (give reasons, arguments or examples that support your thought in 2.3) Describe the 2 or 3 theories that impressed you the most or that you liked the most and show their utility for explaining why the event X (the one that you picked) is unjust. Show some of the problems with those theories (This is the moment for counterarguments. Example: Utilitarianism can help us to argue in favor of based slavery if the owners of slaves are the large majority, because in that case slavery may make more people happy than abolishing slavery. Nevertheless, one of the problems with utilitarianism is that it seems to promote the idea that we are allowed to use people as mere means, as Kant says on p… [INSERT] On the basis of Kant’s doctrine we can construct good arguments against slavery. Moreover, Rawls says that to be part of a racial group is not something that depends on our will, but is more like an accident, so another problem with a utilitarian justification of race-slavery in particular would be that it would be a moral justification based on natural assets that have no moral value …, and on the basis of Rawls’ doctrine we can construct arguments against granting moral privileges on the basis of race…) Conclusion (provide a conclusion based on what you think is the situation for now and the future with the injustice that you picked to focus on.) I need 8 pages in total I will upload first and second draft, which are in total 4 pages, so I will pay for additional 4 pages.
