  What is your current practice role title and role responsibilities? My current practice role title is Registered Nurse (RN). I work in a hospital, and my role responsibilities include:
  • Providing direct patient care, such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Documenting patient care in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives.
I am also a member of the hospital's nursing research committee, and I am involved in a research project that is looking at the effectiveness of a new pain management protocol. In addition to your current role, what other nursing roles are you interested in? I am interested in the field of nurse education, and I would like to eventually become a nurse educator. I am also interested in the field of nursing administration, and I would like to eventually become a nurse manager. What are some of the challenges you have faced as a nurse? One of the biggest challenges I have faced as a nurse is the emotional toll that the job can take. I have seen patients suffer, and I have had to deal with the death of patients.
