Find an online article from a credible news source that relates to the concepts explored in chapter 3 of your textbook. You really have a great deal of flexibility on choosing your article. The most important element is making sure you link it back to the chapter concepts.
Step 1: Locate an recent news article (less than 3 months old)
Step 2: Write a synopsis of the article, in your own words. This should be approximately one paragraph.
Step 3: Write about the connections between your article and the concepts covered in chapter 3 of your textbook, providing appropriate citation to your textbook. Try and use your chapter terminology during your analysis.
Step 3: Post your synopsis, along with a link to your article in the Chapter 3 discussion.
Step 4: Read at least one of your classmates articles and comment on their post. Providing approximately one paragraph of comment. Your comments should go deeper than a basic, I agree, I disagree. See if you can add to their original statements.
