Family Law Order Description Q- Marie-Claire and Felix have been living together for twelve years: they have never married. They have three children: Aidan, aged 12, Bobby, aged, 9 and Candy, aged 6. Marie-Claire has not worked since Aidan was born and Felix works full time for an insurance company. Marie-Claire has just found out that Felix has been having an affair with a colleague, Peter. Marie-Claire will not let Felix see the children. Felix says that if she does not let him see them, he will apply to the court for ‘custody’.
