      Select a family that you know well for your case study family. Relate all tasks to your case study family, the text and other contemporary literature related to the sociology of the family. For the purposes of this assignment, assign fictitious names to the family members and to maintain the anonymity of those you write about, do not use sumames- Task 1 Sociology of family and family life (500 words) For your case study family, identify the family members, analyse what each family member does, and describe how the family is connected to other groups- Support your response with references to the text, readings and other current scholarly literature- Task 2 Diversity within the family (500 words) Cheal (2002) in Chapter 2, indicates that family complexity takes two main forms: cultural diversity situational diversity Research the forms of family diversity and complexity in contemporary families and illustrate how family complexity and diversity are demonstrated in your case study family.
