Evaluation Bullet Points

I have 5 category and I was using the helpful performance phrases and 2000 performance phases to categorize and make bullet points for each section. What I want is the section "Character, Presence, Intellect, Lead, Develop, and Achieves" to be categorized by the performance phrases and helpful phase sources that I provided. the Evaluation Bullet point docx has the example of what Im talking about. Then for each of the section narrowed down I want really good evaluation points for the section. For example "LEAD" would be a main section. Cooperation would fall under lead and under cooperation would have some good evaluation bullet points. I would like 4 bullet points for each of them.
