Ethics   Order Description   After reading Chapter 8 and the actual malpractice case of Eisel v. Board of Education of Montgomery County, 1991, describe this case using an ethical decision making model. Each step of the decision making model should have clear details for what should be included in that step. Back up your writing with ethics codes and laws in your own state (other than the above stated law). This means that you have to do some research on cases in your state that pertain to duty to warn. You should have already found good cases on this topic from Discussion 2. Here you will expand on the research to include more detailed information in your state and apply the information in an ethical decision making model.
