Review the case study, Walter (attached). Critically analyze this case in consideration of the article by St. Amant et al. (Making Care Decisions in Home-Based Dementia Care_Why Context Matters, 2012) reading (attached), in terms of how you will approach Walter’s situation? Be sure to consider the 3 themes and the recommendations made by the authors (include paraphrases). Describe and discuss your decision making process and outcome and include an additional scholarly peer reviewed journal/article as a reference for a paraphrase pertaining to the topic.
