Critically analyse the above statement with reference to the decisions in Hunter v Moss [1994] 1
WLR 452, Re Goldcorp Exchange Ltd (in receivership) [1995] 1 AC 74 and Re London Wine Co Shippers
[1986] P.C.C. 121. Do you agree that it is appropriate to draw a distinction between shares and
chattels, or do you think that there is a better way of distinguishing these decisions?
