Do you think that the retail establishment treated the potential hire fairly?
Do you feel that making an exception to their policy would have been a reasonable or unreasonable
accommodation?
In regards to the case at hand do you agree with the majority opinion or the dissenting opinion and why?
What do you think would be the result if a young Hindu woman who is recently married applies for a job at such
an establishment with a similar 'neutral look' policy and, as part of her faith/ethnicity she wears a red dot on her
forehead as well as a small gold nose ring in her left nostril. Would this lead to the same conclusion as it did
with the wearing of a hijab?
Does the dress code policy violate EEOC laws?
Did the ass't manager, or any other manager, intentionally discriminate against the the employee?
Did the retailer discriminate against the applicant by enforcing the dress code?
Do you think that the research was found guilty or not guilty of discrimination?
How could have this been been avoided?
