Write an environmental analysis for a business you would like to start someday (or an organization you want to work for in the future, or an organization you are familiar with).
Topic Chosen: Manager for the Portland Timbers (Major League Soccer)
Be sure to indicate which organization (name, what is the product/service etc) and include as followings:
1) the five-force competitive analysis (Rivals, threats of substitutes, the potential of new entrants, and the power of suppliers and buyers)
2) SWOT analysis
3) your competitive advantage, conclusions about competitive position
4) the issues and problems that must be addressed through the strategic process.
