Alworth Press) as "a tool to imagine future states," a problem-solving methodology for innovation and enablement. Transforming Organizational Thinking, in Chapter 5, topic heading "Iterations: The Secret Sauce," pp 116-120, describes "the key practice that brings forth a great design is the practice of iteration." Discuss/describe the Three-Step Iteration process and how the process may apply to your team's innovation concept generation process that may include brainstorming, imagining future states, etc. to generate an optimized innovation concept. This quiz is about YOUR assimilation and understanding of the Three-Step Iteration process and YOUR discussion and description of its implementation.

2. Why Western Democracy is not good for Africa-DRAFT

Re-write the draft introduction and draft literature review for this paper here (Why Western Democracy is not good for Africa). The literature review should provide a theoretical framework for the research and identify the leading approaches or schools of thought that are engaged in your question. The literature review should be "strategic" in the sense that it is not an annotated bibliography or a "book report;" rather, it should address leading articles and works that help to situate or set apart your argument.
