Certainly, Machiavelli’s observation about the difficulty of implementing new systems rings true for intrapreneurship. Intrapreneurs are after all, change agents, and as with any change effort, they face resistance from those who benefit from the status quo.
Here are three principles I believe are essential for creating a beneficial environment for intrapreneurial activities:
