Entertainment or Demonstration Speech

The purpose of this speech is to allow the student to employ his/her skills in research, organization and public
speaking to either entertain or demonstrate something to the class. The student will pick a subject area familiar
to him/her …research it…gain a general understanding of it….and pass that understanding on to the class. This
is a speech and shall employ all necessary preparation and organization skills. This is a chance to have some
fun but to do it in a professional manner. Presentation aids are recommended so write about something that
you can attain or not too expensive to purchase for the demonstration
