Imagine you are the manager of the Lopes Shop. You have identified four target audiences that you would like
to engage and incentivize. Your goal is to create loyal brick and mortar and online Lopes Shop customers. The
target audiences include current GCU students, GCU alumni, parents/family members of GCU students, and
GCU employees.
Create a program that will engage and incentivize the target audiences listed above. In an 8-10 slide
PowerPoint presentation that includes speaker notes for each slide, communicate the following so that
employees can gain understanding of the initiative.
Explain the incentive program and operational details, including how the program will be communicated to
customers, actions that employees will need to take, and how the organization and customer will manage their
incentives.
Provide a rationale for how the incentive program will engage and incentivize customers to make purchases
from the Lopes Shop and why it is appropriate for each target audience.
Discuss the business results you expect to see by implementing the incentive program, including an
explanation of the data you will collect and analyze to determine if desired results are being achieved.
