The assessment should be completed in your own words with the information being clear, concise and easy to understand. Please avoid using direct quotes or definitions from other resources. ? Material should be obtained from at least four other sources (other than the set text) which could include reference textbooks, w eb sites or research papers (academic) among others. Please do not use Wikipedia. ? All information presented in the case studies must be correctly referenced following the Harvard style as directed by the College. ? Any diagrams must also be properly referenced as separate pieces of information. ? Information on how to use Harvard referencing can be obtained from the library Presentation ? Your filename should contain the subject code, assignment name, your name and version. ? This assessment must be typed. Arial [11] font; single or 1½ line spaced. ? Assignment must have a cover page that contains your name, student ID and assignment title ? Each page of the submitted assignment must have student name and student number in the footer. ? His symptoms are localize d to his lumbar spine and right buttock and are particularly marked first thing in the morning, but start to settle within a couple of hours. The pain never spreads down the back of his leg and he has not noticed any change in sensation or loss of power. H e is otherwise fit and well, with the exception of two episodes of an acutely painful red eye for which he received ‘eye drops’ from the ophthalmology service. He is self - employed with two children and smokes heavily. Examination This young man has dramatically reduced lumbar spinal movements in all planes , but cervical movements are full and pain - free. His right hip is irritable with reduced range of movement, particularly external rotation. There is a small effusion of the left knee with evidence o f Achilles tendinopathy and plantar fasciitis on the left foot.
