EBP project

After talking to the representative of Agio-seal, I was informed that patient in CCU did not need to lay flat for 4 hours after a diagnostic or interventional angiography. Although physicians order for the patient to lay flat for 4 hours, Angioseal guidelines patient only require to lay flat up to 1 hour before being able to ambulate.

-Here is the question in PICO format:
In adult patients receiving a diagnostic or interventional angiography where the femoral artery is accessed and an ago-seal vascular closure device is utilized. Is it safe for the patient to ambulate after 1 hour of achieving hemostasis?
(Includes population, Interventions, comparison and outcome)
