  The University of Michigan released their strategic plan for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) (see the link below). Specifically, apply Lewin's Change Theory: unfreezing, change and refreezing to evaluate the plan. Feel free to use any additional resources other than the actual plan and website such as news releases. This assignment has three objectives: Evaluate how well the plan addresses the issues involved in the change process. Identify any external factors likely to impact their chances of reaching their DEI goals. Assess the likely of the plan’s success in the next 10 years. A detailed outline of the paper is provided below. Overall, the paper should be 3 to 5 pages double-spaced. Please include any references used.
