Order Description Develop 24 hour diet plan for 3 different athletes. • Tour de France cyclist in competition • Female gymnast trying to maintain a low body weight • Ultra-marathon runner – ketoadapted to a low carbohydrate diet – rest day Make assumptions about the body size and composition of the athletes, their physical activity patterns and their energy expenditure (e.g. a typical athlete). Ensure you state these attributes at the beginning of your case studies. Include a brief rationale for each case study, i.e. why you are recommending specific foods and amounts. Each rationale should be ~600 words for each case study. The diet planning Tables do NOT count towards final word count.
