1.What is the difference between a mission statement and a vision statement. Give an example of mission
statement for the project you are proposing.

  1. Think more about the project you are proposing. Please state: 1) program goal, 2) 1 or 2 process objectives,
    3) 1 or 2 impact objectives, and 4) 1 or 2 outcome objective. (Recall that process objectives relate to actions
    that you will make like organizing community members to change a policy or implementing key activities for
    your program--such as completing enrollment; impact objectives are specific amounts of learning or number of
    environmental changes achieved, as a direct result of program activities and outcome objectives are changes
    in health status, risk factors, quality of life. living condiitons that occur for a larger population as a result of the
    program. and other factors. Outcome objectives typically reference changes in the whole target population not
    just the study sample but this depends on the scope of the initiative.) Measurement of long-term outcomes is
    generally outside the scope of externally funded projects; and, or reference broad values as in goal statements
    more than discrete measures.
