Now, consider the WHO World Health Report (2013), select a developing country and formulate a team with the intention of creating an action plan for addressing the county's leading cause of death. Describe the population and health concern, in depth. What are the counties health disparity and determinates? Formulate a plan of action to address that health concern: What would be the plan’s main goals? Who might be on your team (professionals) and why, describe their roles. What would your team’s research focus on? Where would the project funding come from? What policies/partnerships would need to be created, changed and/or formed? What would be the plan’s objectives to achieve the goals (measurable)? What would be the top two interventions to meet the objectives? How will the plan be implemented and subsequently evaluate for effectiveness?
