Design a form (checklist)

You just joined the Human Resources department of a large organization as a "compliance officer". Your role is to ensure that safeguards are in place to protect the personally identifiable information of company employees and to ensure that all company and intellectual property is safeguarded. A review of current policies shows that your new organization does not have an employee onboarding checklist/form in place. Your task is to design this employee onboarding checklist form.
