Deconstructive Essay

This project should be completed in two steps and therefore should have two separate parts.
1) Create a "deconstructive” essay outline
2) Use the previously deconstructive outline to create the following
Your assignment is to create an 7 page multiple source essay deconstructing a peer-reviewed journal article that relates to the ethical and/or legal issues faced in mergers and acquisitions. One effective strategy is to find an example of firms that were studied either for their success or their failures in achieving ethical and legal mergers and acquisitions. The Institutional Learning Outcome of Ethical Reasoning will be measured. The article should
rely upon an established theory or concept appearing within the reading assignments. You should strive to choose an article related to the readings while helping you explore potential dissertation topics. Reading assignment is attached you can select a journal article that is written about a company of your choosing that you believe is best to write about that relates to the ethical and/or legal issues faced in mergers and acquisitions.
Remember the outline is one document and then the paper is another and it must be a a deconstructive paper.
