Description
Evaluate the appropriateness of a decision in a case study. Compose an essay, 3-5 pages in length, in which you adopt the perspective of your fiercest critic. This will be done in two parts.
First, develop a scenario that would be deeply problematic for you as a leader, explain what makes the situation so problematic, and offer your proposed solution and why yours is the best solution (i.e., the work you completed in Exercises 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3).
Second, adopt the perspective of the thinker who you think would be your fiercest critic, and critique your proposed solution as thoroughly as you can from that perspective.
