Custody Law Reform

Order Description
would like to review current custody law practices. Review what happens to the child, what are the effects of divorce, and how this information is relevant to the State and court systems. You can use a few states in comparison, make Virgina one of the required states to compare. Then the proposal is for a few reforms to current custody practices. I’m suggesting mandatory counseling for both children and parents. We need a better solution for determining the best environment for children.
