Perform a comprehensive health assessment and be evaluated by a peer (using the Comprehensive Health Assessment Grading Rubric). The evaluator will provide three strengths and three weaknesses to improve student performance.
1) The student will use the Comprehensive Health Assessment Grading Rubric to evaluate the partner’s performance. A score and at least three strengths and three weaknesses of the assessment skills need to be addressed on the grading form.
2) Submit the completed grading rubric form in the Blackboard, project #1.
3) The instructor will grade the student’s evaluation report using Peer Evaluation Rubric (below).

The purpose of this project is to practice formulating and delivering patient report to other health professionals using the ISBARR format.
Instructions:
- Find an article on ISBARR (SBAR), summarize, and reflect on how it can be used in communicating assessment findings. Summarize your research on ISBARR/SBAR and cite your reference/s in no less than 500 words.

- Using the ISBARR format, formulate a report to a licensed health care provider as if you were the nurse in the video.
