Cultural Diversity in Organizations

Identify an organization that prides itself on building a culture that embraces diversity, respect, and trust.
Describe practices, policies, and norms that the organization claims effectuate this culture. Then evaluate
whether the actions of the organization's leaders align with this company's good image. In addition to research
in the Capella library, consider the use of all available sources of information, such as social media,
advertisements, lawsuits, statements by competitors, government, and professional panels or investigations.
