Creating staff memo

You are working as an office manager in a doctor's office. Other employees in the office include the

following:

Three doctors
Two nurses
Five medical assistants
One receptionist
One of the doctors brought up the adoption of a health information system (HIS), including the

implementation of an electronic health record (EHR), but the employees stated that they wanted to stay

with paper documentation.

Because you are the office manager, the three doctors have asked you to send a memo to the staff to

convince them to adopt a new HIS and EHR.
