Countries have their own policies given the differences in social clues, demographics, and economics. What should the policy be in the US? You can even apply that to whether the states in the US should have universal policies. Then you can determine
which policies have worked and have been successful and then see if those policies would work in the US.
Ultimately, the policies you would advocate are the ones that would work or have worked. You can expand
on what has happened in these countries, if the US could have acted faster, what is it doing about getting
supplies to needed states, etc. You can structure the essay in various ways but be sure to include the
differences or similarities in the three countries (the US, Sweden, and Italy) and explain possible reasons for
the differences or similarities in policies.
Make sure you take notes and write down the sources in proper MLA format and in alphabetical order for the works cited page. Structure your paper thematically by topic rather than having your thesis statement be
by country.
