Conduct extensive research on what is already being done to inform people regarding their chosen topic
that they passionate about.
Students are required to explore many different avenues of publication that are devoted to the topic.
Traditional research sources may be used such as encyclopedias, books, journals, newspapers or
magazines (online or print), but it is also expected that social media such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook,
YouTube, as well as television shows or documentaries will be perused.
After conducting research, students will compile an annotated bibliography which contains a list of
samples of informative literature on the topic that she or he are interested in. Annotation should explain
what information the literature contains and evaluate what made the literature work, or what the literature
is lacking.
