The following post has two assignments namely;

1.Conflict and Negotiation

choose either: Conflict and Negotiation, or Empathy and Trust, or Teams and Groups. Students are then to prepare a literature review about the chosen topic that defines the key terms and outlines key theories or models and application

2. Essay on chain of evidence

Describe a hypothetical crime and, as a prosecutor. discuss the chain of evidence necessary to survive a defense counsel's motion to suppress before trial and then be used to sustain a conviction. The chain of custody must survive at least four transfers. Be specific about how the chain of custody occurs, and use different types of evidence
