Computer policy

The owner of the company you work for in the state of Nevada has just instituted a new computer policy giving the company the right to review any email communications you send or receive, what websites you visit, and any social media you are active on at work or on company equipment. S/he has just stated that in the new policy and she has requested that you also provide your personal login and passwords for all social media accounts. What recourse do you have and is s/he within his/her rights as the company owner? Why? In the State of Nevada can you be terminated if you decline?
