Method--based on case studies. I suggest choosing two situations/cases. The cases should revolve around an actual business negotiation in which Chinese business people and business people from other cultures experienced a difficulty, misunderstanding, problem, clash of ideas or positions in which cultural differences(individualism-collectivism and high-low context) play an important role. The case can come from personal experience, news articles, or published case studies. The detailed case should be included under this subheading.
Analysis/Discussion--analysis the cases in detail from the perspective of individualism-collectivism and high-low context. Identify the barriers in the cases, illustrate what causes the barriers and how these cultural differences influence the communication.
Recommendation--through the analysis, describe the best approaches you think can overcome the negotiation barriers and minimize the conflicts and misunderstanding in business negotiation with Chinese people.
Conclusion--briefly summarize the whole paper
